How We Were Born!

It all started with a cracking idea, (Laura's of course…).
On the internet, hiding away in little nooks and crannies, are some really great companies with some truly amazing products and services for babies, children, Mums-to-be and, in fact, whole families.

IDEA!

If only there was a place, a nice easy-to-navigate place, where these little gems could be put in a dazzling display.

A place where the people who want the beautiful baby things can find them, with no fuss and no wasting of precious time.

A place where truly useful product advice can be found.

A place crammed full of the best the internet has to offer for the little people (and some things for the big people who look after the little people, too).

Katy LITTLESTUFF! The place where the stuff for the little people can be found (get it??!!).

Laura - the Amazing Multi-Tasking Mother of Four - is our Managing Director. She's mother to three very handsome boys (officially named as Cameron, Joe and Toby, but usually known collectively as Toads), and finally one incredibly beautiful baby girl; Ella. She just KNOWS about being a Mum and what's good and what's not (we won't shatter the perfect picture being painted here with mention of her secret love for Jon Bon Jovi. Or the fact that she drives everyone mad with her butterfly brain, flitting about with a concentration span of around 5 seconds). Let's not forget to mention that in her previous life she had a pretty good career in IT and PR.

Katy - the second half of the LittleStuff empire. She was slowly going insane from an overdose of domestic bliss and is oh-so-grateful to have an important job title again (Director! Yippee!). Joining three years later (after Laura had got all the really hard work done, of course) and bringing her very own style of organised mayhem to add to the House of LittleStuff. Mum to two perfect boy creatures called Jacob and Ben, she knows what's what in the world of 'stuff'.

Her previous incarnation was an IT Manager (she's secretly a bit geeky), complete with power-dressing suits and evil-boss-lady stare. She'll tell anyone who's backed into a corner and can't escape that she has a degree in English Literature and Psychology - please, don't get her started on the topic of cultural identity in post-colonial literature…. (yawn).

So take the two of us, throw in a couple of Apple iMacs, the power of iChat, a ridiculous amount of silly conversations, a firm friendship founded entirely on a web forum, a shedload of experience of simply being busy Mummas, combine them with a real passion for all good baby things, and you're there….

LittleStuff.
